Rumi Kanbe (神戸 留美, Kanbe Rumi) is a character in Tokimeki Memorial 2, and makes her debut in Tokimeki Memorial 2 Substories: Memories Ringing On.
Profile[]
A student of Kirameki Private High School and Takumi Sakaki's childhood friend. Rumi was part of her school's Track and Field Club and had a rivalry with Hikari Hinomoto, but gave up after she injured her foot.
In Memories Ringing On, she meets with Hikari again at the university entrance, and gets angry at Hikari for not choosing a university of sports, telling her she will regret it.

- The name Rumi means "detain, fasten, halt, stop" (留) (ru) and "beautiful" (美) (mi).
- Rumi's surname Kanbe means "god, deity" (神) (kan) and "door" (戸) (be).
